Over the last number of years, the largest part of my family law practice has focused on divorce, although I am very experienced in assisting clients with issues of child support, custody, visitation, and spousal maintenance payments. I also have significant experience as a criminal defense advocate, helping clients with all kinds of criminal charges, particularly charges of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI/DWI).

I offer a free initial consultation to all potential clients, and I can help with payment arrangements. I also accept credit cards for the payment of my fees. If you speak English as a second language, Spanish-speaking interpreters are available during normal business hours.
